Thank you for choosing TBT Thrifty Store & Bakery Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services through the CPOS Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Services
We offer a variety of baked goods and thrifted items. All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly from their descriptions or images.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
2. Orders and Payments
Payments are processed securely through our CPOS system. We accept credit/debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout.
Orders are considered final once payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Returns and Refunds
Bakery items are non-refundable due to their perishable nature.
Thrift items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt, provided they are in original condition.
Refunds for eligible items will be processed back to the original payment method.
4. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup orders must be collected within the designated timeframe. Unclaimed orders may not be eligible for refund.
Delivery services, if offered, are subject to an additional fee and availability within specified areas.
5. Liability
We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the improper handling or use of our products.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our dashboard.
